This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Koroneiki olives. Olive oil made from Koroneiki is generally robust (bitter). This olive oil has green aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke, olive leaves, and green herbs, and has a medium to high pungency. It pairs well with dishes that contain chicken, meat, seafood, flavorsome salads and cheeses.
The Koroneiki has won golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions (London and Athens) and a silver medal in the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC), USA (2024).
