How do I log in to the seller dashboard?

Adding Paypal

Accepted Answer

Make sure you have an active PayPal account for payouts on our platform. Currently, our payouts are processed exclusively through PayPal.

1. Log in to the seller dashboard at seller.kyndly.nl. 
2. Click on Settings in the bottom left menu.3. Click on Setting4. Under "PayPal Payout," enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Don't have a PayPal account yet? You can create one for free at PayPal.com.

I can't log in to the seller dashboard

We recommend trying a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Deleting cookies can also help. It's best to Google how to do this for your specific web browser.

Note: If you're trying to log in on a mobile device, the dashboard may be problematic. You can work around this by enabling 'Desktop Mode' in your mobile device's browser. Check online for instructions on how to enable this for your browser.

How can I add a product?

Adding a product yourself is easy! How do I add product options and variants?

You don't have to create a new product every time, for example, if your product has multiple sizes or colors. You can quickly and easily add product options. How can I adjust the stock of a product?

You can easily and quickly adjust the inventory of a product or product variant in the seller dashboard.

1. Log in to seller.kyndly.nl. 
2. Go to 'Products' in the menu on the left and click 'Product'.3. Click on the three dots at the bottom right of 'Action' and click on 'Edit' 
4. Click on the third tab (Options & Inventory)5. Click 'Edit' under 'Manage Variants'. 
6. Change the inventory under 'Inventory' and click 'Save Changes' at the bottom. 
7. Click 'Save' at the bottom.

I have received an order, what now?

Processing an order is very simple. We'll explain step by step what you need to do below.Log in to seller.kyndly.nlGo to 'Orders' in the menu on the left and then click on 'Order'Do you have a product with a track and trace code? Then select the courier, enter a tracking number and the URL of the tracking code (if available), click 'Save', and then 'Fulfilled'. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Do you have a product without a track and trace code, such as a letterbox package? Then click 'Fulfilled' immediately. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation without a track and trace code.And that's it! You can now mail the package, and we'll pay for your order.More information can be found in this video:

Can I download an invoice somewhere with all my orders and payments?

That's definitely possible!

1. Log in to seller.kyndly.nl2. In the menu on the left, go to 'Seller' and then 'Accounting'3. Click on the middle icon at the top right and select the desired period.4. Click 'Generate' and your PDF will download.

Note: Some browsers block pop-ups, preventing your invoice from downloading. For example, in Safari on macOS, click 'Allow pop-ups' at the top of your browser's search bar.

How do shipping costs work?

We don't charge shipping costs on our platform. If you want to include shipping costs, you'll need to factor that into the sales price.

To which countries can products be shipped?

Currently only in the Netherlands and Belgium. We expect to expand to other European countries in 2026.
