Go to seller.kyndly.nl and use the email address and password you chose when creating your account. Forgotten your login details? Send us an email at helpdesk@kyndly.nl. Forgotten your password? Click "Forgot password" on the login screen.
Make sure you have an active PayPal account for payouts on our platform. Currently, our payouts are processed exclusively through PayPal. 1. Log in to the seller dashboard at seller.kyndly.nl. 2. Click on Settings in the bottom left menu.
3. Click on Setting
4. Under "PayPal Payout," enter the email address associated with your PayPal account. Don't have a PayPal account yet? You can create one for free at PayPal.com.
We recommend trying a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Deleting cookies can also help. It's best to Google how to do this for your specific web browser. Note: If you're trying to log in on a mobile device, the dashboard may be problematic. You can work around this by enabling 'Desktop Mode' in your mobile device's browser. Adding a product yourself is easy! We'll explain it step by step here.
Log in to seller.kyndly.nl
In the menu on the left, go to 'Products' and then 'Product'
Click on the + sign at the top right
Please fill in the required product information (marked with an * asterisk) in each window
In the second tab 'Images' you can add product photos
Once you've filled out everything and added product photos, click 'Create' at the bottom.
Please note: always enter a full stop (.) instead of a comma (,) for numbers, for example 9.95 for price.

You don't have to create a new product every time, for example, if your product has multiple sizes or colors. You can quickly and easily add product options. The video below shows you how.

You can easily and quickly adjust the inventory of a product or product variant in the seller dashboard. 1. Log in to seller.kyndly.nl. 2. Go to 'Products' in the menu on the left and click 'Product'.
3. Click on the three dots at the bottom right of 'Action' and click on 'Edit' 4. Click on the third tab (Options & Inventory)
5. Click 'Edit' under 'Manage Variants'. 6. Change the inventory under 'Inventory' and click 'Save Changes' at the bottom. 7. Click 'Save' at the bottom. Watch a short video here where we demonstrate this:
Processing an order is very simple. We'll explain step by step what you need to do below.
Log in to seller.kyndly.nl
Go to 'Orders' in the menu on the left and then click on 'Order'
Do you have a product with a track and trace code? Then select the courier, enter a tracking number and the URL of the tracking code (if available), click 'Save', and then 'Fulfilled'. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Do you have a product without a track and trace code, such as a letterbox package? Then click 'Fulfilled' immediately. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation without a track and trace code.
And that's it! You can now mail the package, and we'll pay for your order.

3. Click on the middle icon at the top right and select the desired period.
