1434 mg/kg polyphenols
This extra virgin olive oil is made using cold extraction from 100% Chemleli olives. Chemleli is a 100% Tunisian olive variety and the most widely planted in Tunisia thanks to its ability to adapt to the hot summers and cold winters of orchards. It is a robust variety that was already admired by the Romans for its delicious olive oil. This olive oil has a delicate flavor with aromas of green almond, banana, and tomato, and a moderate spiciness. Delicious with salads, eggs, white cheeses, chicken, fish, and sandwiches.
About Olive Oil Club
Our medicinal-grade olive oils are extra virgin, organic, regeneratively produced, and extremely rich in polyphenols—averaging over 1,200 mg/kg! Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants that protect your heart and brain.
Unfortunately, over 95% of olive oils in stores contain little to no polyphenols. Worse still, most of these olive oils are highly processed, contain defects, and offer no health benefits. It's difficult to know which olive oil to buy (or not!) because quality is hard to recognize, and the food industry often uses clever marketing tactics. So, let us help you…
We create transparency around olive oil and sell award-winning, organic, ultra-polyphenol-rich olive oils that boost your health.
