Shipping Policy
We work with select Dutch sales partners, each with their own distribution centers. All partners on Kyndly ship their products from the Netherlands. Since we don't have our own inventory or distribution center, delivery times may vary. Products marked "in stock" are usually delivered the next day. Some products are handmade in small workshops, so it may take a little longer for you to receive your order. We also encourage the use of sustainable shipping options whenever possible, which may increase delivery times slightly. All for an order with the lowest possible carbon footprint!

🌎 Where we deliver
We currently deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. We're doing this deliberately, as a pilot program and in the spirit of sustainability: preferably local and with fewer transport kilometers. This way, we minimize our impact while working on future expansion. Not yet available in your country? Let us know where we should expand soon!
🇳🇱 Shipping costs
At Kyndly, you don't pay any additional shipping costs at checkout. Shipping costs are already included in the price of each product.
Because the brands on Kyndly ship their own orders, they charge a fair, fixed price that already includes shipping costs. This means a product might initially seem a little more expensive than with other providers, but in reality, you're not paying more.
We believe in transparency and simplicity: we prefer one clear price to hidden costs at the end of your order.
🇧🇪 Shipping costs apply for orders to Belgium, depending on the weight of the package. In-stock items will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

📦 Multiple packages
Kyndly orders come from different distribution centers and may therefore be in multiple boxes. Be aware of this if you plan to buy from different brands. Please note that we have strict requirements for the packaging materials our sales partners may use, and we are working on integrating reusable shipping packaging into our platform.
📦 Delivery Process
The products you order through Kyndly are shipped directly by the selling partners themselves. This means the carrier may vary depending on the brand or order. Commonly used delivery services include PostNL, DHL, DPD, and bpost. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from the relevant seller with a track & trace code. This link shows you exactly which carrier will deliver your package and what happens if you are not home.
In most cases, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a collection point. Sometimes the carrier will attempt to deliver the package again at a later time. The exact method varies by carrier and can always be found in the track & trace information for your order.
Returns
