Returns Policy

At Kyndly, we strive to make sustainable and conscious shopping as easy as possible. However, it can happen that a product isn't exactly what you expected. That's why we apply the statutory right of withdrawal:
 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model cancellation form (Download PDF), but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you only return part of your order, the costs of delivery will not be reimbursed. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until the supplier has received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Statutory right of withdrawal from external partner

Purchases through Kyndly are always subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Kyndly is a marketplace where brands sell their products directly to you, the right of withdrawal is handled by the external sales partner from whom you purchased the product.

Terms and Conditions

  • The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.

  • Some products cannot be returned, such as:

    • Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. opened hygiene products such as cosmetics or care products)

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Perishable goods
       

Return process

Because Kyndly does not keep any inventory itself, returns are processed directly by the seller of the product.

  1. Please report your return via our Return Request page or contact our customer service.

  2. You will receive instructions and the return address from the seller.

  3. Please return the product according to the instructions.

  4. Once the seller has received and approved your return, you will receive your purchase amount back as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
     

Return costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or defective.
