Internal complaints
system

At Kyndly, we take reports of illegal or harmful content seriously. If you disagree with a decision we've made in response to such a report, you can file a complaint within six months using our contact form.

Filing a complaint is free and entirely digital.

 

Please clearly state the reference number of the original report in your message and provide a detailed explanation of your complaint. This allows us to carefully assess it and, if necessary, revise our decision.

If your dispute has been resolved through our internal complaint handling system, you can submit it to the out-of-court dispute settlement service via https://digitalstrategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/dsa-out-court-dispute-settlement.
