This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Sayali olives. Sayali is a very rare olive variety that results in very aromatic an special olive oil. This olive oil has aromas of flowers, mint, and basil with a medium pungency. It pairs well with pizza, pastas, chicken, and fish, and makes every dish interesting as a result of its exciting aromatic profile.  

The Sayali has won golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions and is the winner of a golden medal in BIOL, Italy (2024). The BIOL award is one of the most important international awards dedicated to extra virgin olive oil produced using organic farming techniques.
